Autonomous Systems & Reliability Laboratory (ASRLab) is a research laboratory at Eskişehir Osmangazi University focused on the development, verification, validation, and dependability of autonomous and intelligent systems.
Our research brings together software engineering, autonomous systems, robotics, digital twins, artificial intelligence, and system reliability to develop methods, tools, datasets, and experimental environments for building systems that can be systematically tested, evaluated, and trusted.
What We Do
ASRLab conducts theoretical and applied research in areas including verification and validation, software testing, fault injection, reliability and dependability assessment, digital twin engineering, and trustworthy AI.
The laboratory also develops open research tools and AI-assisted software engineering platforms, while contributing to national and international collaborative research projects.
From Software to Physical Validation
ASRLab works closely with the Intelligent Factory and Robotics Laboratory (IFARLAB), connecting software-based verification and validation with physical robotic experimentation.
Together, the laboratories support simulation, digital twins, hardware-in-the-loop testing, multi-robot systems, and remotely executable validation scenarios.
Research for Academia and Industry
Our goal is to transform research outcomes into practical engineering solutions through collaboration with universities, research organisations, and industrial partners.
ASRLab has extensive experience in European and national research programmes and actively contributes to open research, scientific publications, software tools, datasets, and experimental platforms.
